Here in New Zealand there has been several compilation albumns put out under the name "The Best-Beer Drinking Songs in the World . . . Ever". Along with the Australasian songs that you are unlikely to be familiar with are songs like "If you Don't Start Drinkin' (I'm Gonna Leave) - George Thorogood, "Cooperhead Road" - Steve Earle, (Don't fear) The Reaper" - Blue Oyster Cult, "Sweet Home Alabama" - Leonard Skynard etc. There's been at least 5 volumes produced.
